JumboToto is obligated under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to authorising withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is also a critical component of our anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance programme.

We believe that the vast majority of disputes can be resolved through good-faith dialogue.
